Legal Executive and Trusts and Estates Practitioner. Joanna joined Middleton and Upsall LLP in 2005.
She will complete her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in June 2011 and will qualify as a solicitor in September 2011.

Joanna is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Private Client Section, and is based in our Westbury office. She encourages people to use local solicitors for their personal affairs. She has reviewed a number of Wills recently which have been drawn by unregulated and unqualified Will Writers. She undertakes those reviews by appointment free of charge.
